- Billing data: subscription and payment metadata processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).

- To provide, operate, and improve the Barrq platform and its AI features.
- To process orders, messages, and automations on your behalf.
- To communicate with you about your account, security, and product updates.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. WhatsApp data
When you connect WhatsApp, Barrq processes messages and related data on your behalf as a service provider, solely to deliver the features you enable. This processing is subject to Meta’s platform policies and the official WhatsApp Business terms. You are responsible for obtaining the consents required to message your customers.
4. Sharing & disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:
- With subprocessors who help us operate the service (e.g. hosting, AI, messaging, and payment providers), under appropriate agreements.
- When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
- To protect the rights, safety, and security of Barrq, our customers, and the public.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required.
5. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
6. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, tenant isolation, and access controls. See our Security page for details. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.
