Why we built it
Most businesses discover the same thing the moment they get busy: the sales channel that actually converts is a phone. Customers message on WhatsApp and expect an answer at midnight on a Saturday. Nobody can staff that, so the replies get slower, the carts go cold, and the follow-ups quietly stop happening.
The usual fix is a chatbot with a decision tree, which fails the first time somebody phrases a question the way a real person would. The other fix is a general-purpose AI, which answers fluently and confidently invents a price you never charged.
Barrq is the third option. The agent answers from your own data — your catalog, your calendar, your policies — and it is built to say "let me get someone" rather than guess. It runs on the official WhatsApp Cloud API, so the number stays yours and the messaging stays inside platform policy. It works in English and Arabic, natively, in both directions.

The agent answers from your catalog, calendar and policies. When it does not know, it hands over to a person instead of improvising, because a confident wrong price costs more than a slow reply.
Your account, your data
You connect your own WhatsApp through the official APIs. Every tenant is isolated, secrets are encrypted at rest, and your business data trains your agent, not anybody else’s.
Bilingual as standard
English and Arabic are both first-class, across the product and the agent, with full RTL. Not a translation layer bolted on after launch.
Official channels only
We build on the official WhatsApp Cloud API. No unofficial automation that puts the number you depend on at risk of being cut off.
