  2. Merchant onboarding

    Sign up, set your business, and walk through the guided onboarding wizard.

  3. Connect Shopify

    One-click OAuth, approve on your store, no tokens. Products and stock sync in.

  4. Customer flow on WhatsApp

    A shopper browses products, asks "is this in stock?", and agrees a cart with the AI.

  5. Checkout

    The agent creates a Shopify draft order and sends the secure Shopify checkout link.

  6. Order status

    The customer asks "where’s my order?" and the agent answers live from Shopify.
